  • Service charge budgeting & collection – transparent annual budgets, clear service charge demands, online payment portal, and proactive arrears chasing.
  • Financial reporting – quarterly and annual accounts prepared by ARLA-qualified staff, fully compliant with ARMA standards and ready for your AGM.
  • Insurance arrangements – buildings, terrorism, directors & officers, and lift insurance sourced at competitive rates through block-specialist brokers.
  • Health & Safety compliance – fire risk assessments, asbestos surveys, legionella testing, and full document storage in your secure resident portal.
  • Resident communication – dedicated property manager, resident app for reporting issues, regular newsletters, and professional AGM/EGM facilitation.
  • Major works coordination – Section 20 consultations, tendering, project management, and payment phasing for large projects (balconies, cladding, roofing).
