24/7 maintenance coordination – tenants report issues via our online portal or app. We use a trusted network of vetted local contractors (plumbers, electricians, gas-safe engineers, cleaners) across Hampshire, Dorset, Sussex, Surrey and Kent. No mark-ups – you only pay the contractor’s invoice.
Regular inspections – quarterly visits with detailed photo reports sent straight to your inbox.
End-of-tenancy management – check-out inspections, deposit negotiations via the DPS, cleaning & repairs arranged, and rapid re-letting to minimise voids.
Legal compliance – we manage Gas Safety, EPC, EICR, legionella risk assessments, HMO licensing, How to Rent guide, deposit registration – everything kept up to date and certificates stored in your online landlord portal.
Monthly statements – clear breakdown of rent received, contractor invoices, and our fee. HMRC-compliant for easy tax returns.
Out-of-hours emergency line – genuine emergencies handled 365 days a year.

Guaranteed Rent – we pay you on the same day every month, even if the tenant is late or the property is empty (12-month contracts).
